Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of SelfHostHub's managed n8n hosting services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide hosted n8n instances on Oracle Cloud infrastructure. Subscriptions are monthly and include:

• Dedicated n8n instance hosting on Oracle Cloud ARM infrastructure
• Unlimited workflow executions
• Data privacy and full ownership
• Technical support via email
• Custom domain configuration

3. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. All payments are processed securely by Paddle.com, and we do not store your payment information on our servers.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

You agree to pay the subscription fee ($19/month or selected plan). Payments are processed securely by Paddle.com. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime via your Paddle account. Access ends at the end of the billing period. No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial months unless required by applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SelfHostHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
